Terms of Service

TallyPage Software Inc · Last updated June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TallyPage web application and related services (the "Service") operated by TallyPage Software Inc ("TallyPage", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TallyPage is a business tool for convenience-store owners and their staff to record daily lottery, cash and business shift reports, track lottery ticket inventory, vendors, invoices and related store data. The Service is intended for business use only.

2. Accounts and users

  • A store owner creates the account and may add employees as users. The owner is responsible for the people they invite and for keeping login details confidential.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store data you do not have the right to store.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed per store, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from Settings → Billing; cancellation stops future renewals and the store keeps access until the end of the paid period. Expired stores can still view their reports but cannot record new work.

4. Your data

You own the store data you enter. You grant TallyPage a licence to host, process and back up that data solely to provide the Service. We may aggregate anonymised usage statistics to improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Messaging (SMS and WhatsApp)

The Service can send verification codes, shift-report notifications and account alerts by SMS or WhatsApp to phone numbers that users enter themselves. Details, frequency and how to opt out are described in our SMS & WhatsApp Messaging Terms. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Service, attempt to access other customers' data, reverse-engineer the software, or use automated tools to scrape the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Lottery game lists, barcode rules and report formats are provided as a convenience and must be verified against your state lottery's official information.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". TallyPage is a record-keeping tool and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TallyPage Software Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from data you entered or failed to enter. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
